The Hospitality Passport provides a system of exchange and fosters cooperation between private sector and schools within the Egyptian Dual System to fulfill the market needs for qualified staff. Joint capacity development formats for in-company trainers and dual system teachers enable an optimal synchronization of content and methodology of education. Training of trainers ensures that both target groups are always up-to-date and quickly adapt to market needs in order to deliver a high quality education and training for students.
Next steps include a more detailed stakeholder-mapping, identification of potential partner schools and hotels. The team plans to carry out user tests in order to prove the feasibility of the business model the team plans to carry out user tests.
